Q: Are you trying to make us a lowball offer on our home so you can make a big profit?
A: No. We want to be a resource for our community. We want to help you, our neighbor, put together a plan to help put that financial stress behind you. Cheating our neighbors by making lowball offers doesn’t help you, us, or our community.
Q: Why should we work with you instead of Zillow, Redfin, Mark Spain, OfferPad, etc.
A: We are a local company, and we are here to help homeowners in Decatur and Atlanta neighborhoods.
If you work with us, not only are you supporting a local business, but you are guaranteed personalized service. We live here, we know our community well, and we love our city. Another reason is that when COVID-19 hit, those big companies backed out of their contracts, stranding homeowners who had trusted them with their help. That’s not us.

Q: How do you determine the value of my home?
A: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. See my video for a general overview.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: No. There is never any cost, fee, commission, or any obligation of any kind when you work with us. Any money that we make, we do when we rent or sell a property that we buy. We don’t make money off of homeowners that are already having a hard time – that would just make things worse. We don’t hide things.
Q: Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
A: There is never any obligation. We are here to be a resource. Once you tell us a bit about your property or one that looks like it is vacant in your area, we’ll take a look at things, maybe set up a call with you to find out a bit more, and figure out together what steps you can take to help get you on with your life.
